Answer: You can easily check the balance by going to the Banglalink website or Banglalink Mobile Portal by clicking on the “My Banglalink Plan” icon, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “check balance” and you can do the same also from “My banglalink App”. |

6. | When can I purchase these plans? | |||
Answer: If you are a pre-paid or call & control customer of Banglalink, only then you can buy these plans |

7. | Will there be auto-renewal if I purchase these plans? | |||
Answer: No, there will be no auto-renewal for these plans. If you purchase any of these “My Banglalink Plans”, you will receive a SMS notification on the day before expiry. The SMS will also inform you how to purchase the plan for continuous optimal experience. |

8. | If I buy more than one of the “My Banglalink Plan”, will the remaining talk-time, SMS and internet volume be carry forwarded? |

Answer: If you purchase another “My Banglalink Plan” or re-purchase the same plan within the existing plan’s validity period, you will be automatically unsubscribed from your current “My Banglalink Plan” and be subscribed to the new plan. Your unused or remaining talk-time, SMS and internet volume will be carry-forwarded and the new expiry date will be as per the last purchased plan. |

9. | What is FUP (Fair Usage Policy) volume? | |||
Answer: This is the volume limit for internet after which your internet speed will be reduced down to 64kbps.
