Robi Kotha barta is an IVR based voice blog service where Robi Users can subscribe and share their special experience with others. They can listen, like, comments on friend’s recorded experiences. Also users can listen comments on their own shared experiences.
During the Eid-ul-Fitr campaign, there will be new features for the subscribers. Subscribers can record their wish & dedicate it to their friends and family. Their FnF will get instant notification SMS (Robi users only) and OBD call (All operators from a long number) on Eid day only which is the recorded voice of his/her well wishers.

Robi EId Campaign Duration: 9th July, 2015 to 16th July, 2015

Service registration process:

• IVR – Dial 3131 and register the service

• SMS – Type START<>KB and send to 3131

• USSD – Dial *3131# and activate the service by following the instruction.

Service Deregistration process

• IVR – Dial 3131 and follow the instruction

• SMS – Type STOP<>KB and send to 3131

• USSD – Dial *3131# and cancel the service by following the instruction

Tariff

• No opt-in & opt-out charge are applicable for IVR/SMS/USSD

• Subscription fee will be –

i. BDT 5+ VAT/50 min/5days
ii. BDT 2+ VAT/20 min/2days
iii. BDT 1+VAT/10 min/1day

• Tariff is excluding 3% Supplementary Duty (SD) + 15 % VAT on price inclusive of SD

Special features

All Robi users can avail this service just by dialing 3131. The service is designed with below features:

•   Robi Users can record Eid wish / greetings & dedicate to his/ her near & dear one’s mobile number (After the beep tone subscriber can record his/her wish & by pressing desired mobile number he/she share the greetings).
•   System will generate an OBD call with the recorded greetings to the given mobile number.
•   They can also listen the dedicated wish / greetings by dialing 3131
•   Robi users can dedicate their greetings to any mobile numbers

Gratification Detail

• All recorded wishes will be sent via OBD call (on-net and off-net) on the Eid day.

• First 50 participants who are get the benchmark like of 300 on their recorded clip will be rewarded with Eid salami (through easy load) of BDT 300 (like should be count each MSISDN)

• After getting first 50 winners, all participants will be notified via SMS. IVR prompt will also updated this if 50 winners already reached the targeted like.
