Grameenphone launched digital self care (MyGP application)
Bangladeshi Largest Mobile phone operator Grameenphone has launched digital self-care channel “MyGP” for customers to access all GP services, GP offers, GP bonus and rewards.
MyGP Apps will be the single digital self care channel which lets customers interact with GP through its rich and personalized user experience.
The new platform was unveiled on Tuesday at a ceremony in a city hotel.
“MyGP has an ambition to give its users a unique one-stop solution that will enable them to access all GP services and avail all offers. Being a digital service provider, Grameenphone is committed to ensure that its users stay connected with all GP services,” said Grameenphone’s Chief Marketing Officer Yasir Azman.
The app is available for downloading in Google Play and Apple Store, This exclusive channel for Grameenphone users will help them to manage all GP services with efficiency and ease.
Regular data charge will be applicable for download and usage of the app. The app can also be used offline, but real time information will not be updated when not connected to the internet.
Both prepaid and post-paid users can use the app. A user’s current bill, usage, remaining data, call rates, STAR status & offers will be shown in the top of the dashboard.
When using GP internet, users will be automatically logged in, but if they are on Wi-Fi, they need to log in using a Connect ID, which is the login solution of Telenor. If a user changes his/her handset, they have to re-install the app on the new device
