BANGLALINK TOUCH POINT LOCATION FINDER
now banglalink subscribers can find the nearest banglalink touch point’s name & address for free by sending sms to 2273
all you need to do is send an sms typing ‘bl’ to 2273 and in reply sms you will get nearest touch point’s location details (name and address). if there are more than one touch points around, the reply message will hold a line ‘for another location please reply with: n’. in that case if the customer wishes to find another touch point then s/he has to reply typing ‘n’.
subscribing to a new new connection
please follow the steps to subscribe a banglalink new connection:
- please visit our sales & care centers/banglalink point.
- fill up the banglalink subscription agreement form (saf). submit necessary documents and pay required fees and charges to collect sim card.
- you should retain bank-in-slip or invoice for future reference. as per the btrc guideline the connections (both pre-paid and post-paid) will be activated after proper verification. it takes 24 to 72 hours to do the necessary verification.
documents required to buy:
we would request you to submit the following documents for subscribing a banglalink connection:
- dully fill up new subscription agreement form/registration form
- 1 (one) copy of passport size photograph.
- national id (photocopy of both side) / valid photo id
- required information of a referral person (name, phone no & national id / valid photo id number of the referral person)

sim replacement
sim replacement procedure:
sim replacement against a subscription can be done if the sim is lost/stolen/disabled/damaged. the subscriber needs to bring his/her original subscription agreement form (saf) in case of sim replacement. in absence of saf or if saf cannot be verified, the touch point customer care representative will validate authenticity of the subscription usage, based on appropriate questions/criteria.
required documents for sim replacement: national id/any other valid photo id. in case of photo id, other than nid, customer care agent will validate and verify.

transfer of ownership (post paid only)
to transfer the ownership of a subscription, please follow the steps:
- presence of both the transferor and transferee is required at any of our customer service centers with proper documents
- pay the applicable fee (if needs) at the authorized bank branches/customer care center using banglalink payment slip mentioning service no. and account no.
documents required for transferor ( 1st party):
- dully fill up transfer of subscription agreement form.
- physical sim. if not available then gd copy/ original saf copy (could be considered if physical sim is available)/ application in letterhead pad in case of company or organization.
- if 1st party is unavailable then an authorized person can execute the process on his behalf.
documents required for transferee (2nd party):
- dully fill up transfer of subscription agreement form. (only transferee part)
- dully fill up new subscription agreement form/registration form.
- national id (photocopy of both side) / valid photo id
- 1 (one) copy passport size photograph attested by 1st party/application in letter head pad in case of company /organization
- sme identification of 2nd party/copy of trade licensee in case of company/ organization.
- copy of valid billing address proof. (e.g. utility bill copy)

change of address (post paid only)
banglalink customers can change their billing address. to change the billing address, please follow the steps:
- fill in the prescribed form or write to us on a plain paper/ company letterhead pad with your valid signature mentioning name of the customers with mobile number, desired new billing address in details, old address and contract number
- send the letter/form through fax or postal delivery or submit at the nearest sales & care centers.
- change of address is subject to signature verification. signature should be same as provided on the subscription form. the letter/form shall be treated as rejected if the signature does not match or the information is found to be incorrect.
itemized bill
this service gives a post paid subscriber a detailed list of all chargeable number dialed, the date & time, duration and charge of calls upon your prescribed requisition. kindly give your requisition for itemized bill one month before the requested bill period. the usage /charges in the itemized bill are shown without calculating the 15% vat & govt. 3% supplementary duty.
how to get an itemized bill:
- please, pay the applicable fee in our authorized bank/customer care center on banglalink payment slip ticking in itemized bill.
- please visit our sales & care centers/banglalink point
- fill in the prescribed form or write to us on plain paper/ company letterhead pad with your valid signature mentioning:
- subscriber’s name & mobile number
- specify whether you require it for the last billing month or on a regular basis e.g. every month.
fee/charges: the charge of both each itemized bill on demand (for a particular month) and regular itemized bill is tk. 100
cancellation of regular itemized bill would come into effect from the following month’s bill after the cancellation request is received.
bill payment through credit card
for convenience, banglalink subscribers can make payments via credit card (master/ visa) at our customer care centers. currently the option is available at dhaka (both gulshan & motijheel), chittagong & sylhet care centers only.

Dear Sir,
I regret to inform you that a lady called me from your Office yesterday (28.03.2017) at 16.46 from 01988998800 to offer a new sim matching my current number. I confirmed the order got copies of my Voter ID Card and copies of my PP size Photograph and was waiting between 10~11 (as per her request) in my Office (I gave her complete address of my Office); but in vain. No one turned up, My morning was jeopardized and work came to a standstill.
The lady called me again today (29.03.2017) at 12.05 from 01930000000 and inquired whether anyone had contacted me or delivered me the Sim. Isn’t it her duty to monitor the sales Team and your own staff or your system instead of inquiring from customers about the sales update.
Now another person calls me today (29.03.2017) at 12.31 from 01990780734 and starts the same conversation from scratch; I was in a Board Meeting with my Directors; when another call came from 01996302525 and started the same conversation. This was very disturbing and annoying.
I had no idea that Bangla Link lacked professional Marketing or sales Team who lack everything but professionalism and you expect people to buy Sim from non-professionals. No wonder you are doing so well compared to other Cell Phone companies.
