5. How do I check my balance?
Answer: You can easily check the balance by going to the Banglalink website or Banglalink
Mobile Portal by clicking on the “My Banglalink Plan” icon, then scroll down to
the bottom of the page and select “check balance” and you can do the same also from
“My banglalink App”.
6. When can I purchase these plans?
Answer: If you are a pre-paid or call & control customer of Banglalink, only then
you can buy these plans
7. Will there be auto-renewal if I purchase these plans?
Answer: No, there will be no auto-renewal for these plans. If you purchase any of
these “My Banglalink Plans”, you will receive a SMS notification on the day before
expiry. The SMS will also inform you how to purchase the plan for continuous optimal

8. If I buy more than one of the “My Banglalink Plan”, will the remaining talk-time,
SMS and internet volume be carry forwarded?
Answer: If you purchase another “My Banglalink Plan” or re-purchase the same plan
within the existing plan’s validity period, you will be automatically unsubscribed
from your current “My Banglalink Plan” and be subscribed to the new plan. Your unused
or remaining talk-time, SMS and internet volume will be carry-forwarded and the
new expiry date will be as per the last purchased plan.
9. What is FUP (Fair Usage Policy) volume?
Answer: This is the volume limit for internet after which your internet speed will
be reduced down to 64kbps. To continue enjoying the fastest 3G speed and optimal
experience, we suggest you to buy another plan once the FUP volume is finished.
Even if you don’t, you can still continue enjoying unlimited internet till the expiry
date of your plan without any extra cost.
10. My internet speed will be go down to 64Kbps after the FUP (Fair Usage Policy) internet
volume – but will this be also applicable if I am subscribed to another internet
pack at the same time?
Answer: No, you will continue enjoying the other internet pack’s speed limit till
the end of that pack’s validity.

12. Will I get activation, renewal or deactivation notification for these plans?
Answer: Yes, you will get instant notification when you activate, re-new, re-purchase
or deactivate from “My Banglalink Plan”
13. Will I have to pay additional charges after the fair usage volume for internet finishes?
Answer: No you can continue enjoying unlimited internet till the expiry date of
your plan without any extra cost
14. Will I get usage notification on consumption of 50%, 80%, and 100% of internet volume?
Answer: yes, you will be notified via SMS once your plan’s remaining internet volume
is at 5MB or less. You will also receive SMS notification on the day before your
“My Banglalink Plan” will expire. So do please re-purchase another plan from Banglalink
website, mobile portal or “My Banglalink App”
15. If I deactivate these plans before expiry, will the volume be lapsed?
Answer: Don’t worry please. Even if you deactivate or unsubscribe these plans before
expiry date, no volume will not be lapsed. You can enjoy remaining volume till validity

16. If I have also subscribed to an EV pack or regular volume based internet pack along
with “My Banglalink Plan”, which pack will get higher priority among these?
