Robi ‘Jhotpot’ Emergency Balance Service

As part of our regular effort to enrich the life of our valued customers with innovative Emergency Balance services, robi have launched “Jhotpot Emergency Balance service on 1st October, 2014. The customer will enjoy different credit facilities according to their profiles and this dynamic service is being launched for the 1st time in Bangladesh.

►Robi Emergency Balance Service offer details and conditions:

• Target Segment: This service is for all the prepaid subscribers (excluding Uddokta, Easy load , Corporate & SME).

•Competitive Context:

This service will differentiate Robi from other operators in terms of service excellence with new features to ensure customer centricity.

•Product Details:

• Under this service, customers will enjoy a credit facility up to BDT 100 to make their calls even after consuming the entire amount of main account balance.

• Subscribers will enjoy this credit limit dynamically, based on their profiling (in both usages & refill behavior).

• This credit will be recovered when they recharge their account after availing the credit.

• USP: Enjoy Jhotpot balance up to BDT 100

• Offer in brief:

• Applicable for all Robi prepaid (except Uddokta, Easy load , Corporate & SME) subscribers Jhotpot Balance credit limit will be

• changed every month depending on the customers usage and recharge pattern

• Subscribers need to dial:

Ø For Registration : *8811*1# (FOC) or Type “START” send it to 8811

Ø For De-registration : *8811*2# (FOC) or type “STOP” & send it to 8811

Ø To check the Balance : Dial *222*16# (FOC)

• Can be used for any local voice calls, for any local SMS, and for both voice and bundle SMS purchase

• In the next recharge, the Jhotpot balance (70% of the recharge amount or total credit amount whichever is lower will be applicable ) amount will be deducted from the recharged/refilled amount.

• Customer can enjoy till the maximum/full limit of his/her Jhotpot Balance amount

• Once the Credit amount is fully consumed, no further credit will be allowed till the loan is repaid (partially/totally)

• Respective package call charge & pulse will be remain unchanged while availing Jhotpot Balance
